A new two-car garage and an enclosed outdoor entertaining space were added to the property. A hot tub, deck and patios created a new private garden out of a non-descript gravel yard. Interior renovations included a new kitchen and bath for the casita at the left of the model, and a new master bath for the main house opening onto the front deck. Behind the garage a storage space was turned into a new guest suite.
